Job Overview Summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This role is pivotal in optimizing our marketing operations, managing our marketing technology stack, and ensuring data integrity across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and Salesforce, have the ability to manage end to end prospect journeys, and have a passion for data-driven marketing and process improvement.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Build and send campaign assets, including emails, lists, flows, tracking, and reports.
  • Marketing Automation Platform Management: Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform, ensuring best practices for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and segmentation to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time.
  • Lead Management & Scoring: Oversee lead management processes, including lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing workflows, and ensuring the seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Data & Analytics: Own the marketing data infrastructure, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems (CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools). Provide regular reports and insights on key performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, ROI) and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Marketing Technology Stack Management: Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack (Drift, On24, etc.), ensuring that all tools are integrated, fully utilized, and support the team’s goals.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Set up and monitor tracking systems (e.g., UTM parameters, campaign tagging) to ensure accurate reporting of campaign performance across all channels. Develop dashboards for leadership to track marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales operations, business development, and IT to align systems, processes, and data for efficient lead flow and reporting. Collaborate with segment marketing, product marketing, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and outcomes.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve marketing processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness in campaign execution, lead management, and reporting.

Location

This role is open to candidates working remotely in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS.
  • Proven expertise in managing marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other marketing technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of key marketing metrics and performance indicators, with experience reporting on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing workflows.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE), Hubspot Marketing Hub Certification(s), and Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with advanced reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics).

The base salary range for this role is $​90,000 - $​150,000​. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
