As a creative, problem-solving leader for the sales team, the Data & Insights Expert Solution Consultant provides strategic guidance for the largest customer experience challenges. They craft and demonstrate solutions to help companies meet their most significant business objectives. They deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations relevant to a customer's top use cases that clearly articulate the value of Adobe's D&I solutions in the context of the broader Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem.
The Data & Insights SC will perform the following functions:
Make an Impact: “I have exposure to all aspects of the business, including product, marketing, and sales leadership. In addition to learning a ton from each team, I can make a real impact on the direction of the solution. I’ve never been in an organization where Solutions Consulting has such a respected and influential voice.”
Creative Position: "This position is the rarest SC position I have encountered. I have the charter, backing and resources to shape the strategy for our team engagement model with clients. We are problem solvers, solution finders crafting groundbreaking Digital Marketing solutions."

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $170,300 -- $280,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
