As a Consultant at BlastX Consulting, you'll work directly with enterprise clients to drive measurable outcomes, acting as a trusted advisor and turning data into insights.
Requirements
- Work closely with client stakeholders to define digital strategies and objectives
- Define tracking mechanisms and KPIs to surface meaningful insights from MarTech performance
- Utilize digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Apply SQL and data warehousing workflows to extract, prepare and transform data for high-quality analysis and reporting
- Prepare and present KPI reports, recommend enhancements to digital usability and accessibility
- Develop insightful, actionable reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools
- Communicate insights and findings clearly while delivering timely, accurate responses to client requests
- Engage in collaborative brainstorming with other consultants and stakeholders to develop data-backed solutions
- Create and maintain client documentation that reflects their usage of data and tools within the organization
- Deliver ongoing training and support to empower clients' internal teams to effectively utilize MarTech tools and platforms
- Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improving digital experiences
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve team processes and workflows
