About the role:

The Workday Integrations Consultant will work closely with Client's Australian Workday Practice Leads and serve as the technical expert in the region. This role involves supporting implementation projects, client augmentation roles, and Application Management Services (AMS) across different regions. The consultant will be involved in all phases of customer engagement, from the sales cycle to driving ongoing client engagement. This position offers significant flexibility, including the option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Client's Workday leads in Australia by covering deployment, augmentation, and AMS services.
  • Bring technical expertise to client engagements and internal Workday discussions.
  • Provide work estimates and input into project planning.
  • Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Connectors, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services, and other tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Engage directly with clients to design, build, update, and test Workday integrations with any up/downstream systems.
  • Support the recruitment and growth of Client's Workday technical team.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to leverage Clients capabilities and accelerators.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Workday integrations in implementation and post-production/AMS roles.
  • Proficiency in PECI/PICOF, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services, and other integration tools.
  • Experience with middleware such as MuleSoft, Azure, and Dell Boomi.
  • Workday Integration certification is preferred. As a Workday partner, Client can help maintain and expand your Workday certifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Workday functional modules (a plus).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services (advantageous).
  • Working knowledge of relevant Australian employment and payroll regulations and legislation (preferable).
  • Experience working with global Workday teams across multiple time zones.

Timezone shifts include:

  • 8am-4pm (Philippine Standard Time) / 10am-6pm (AEST)
