Overview

Due to increased demand and ongoing team growth, we are seeking two temporary Compliance Administrators to support busy Workforce teams. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in recruitment compliance, onboarding, or regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Workforce teams across recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Manage pre‑employment checks and documentation in line with compliance, policy, and confidentiality standards.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain clear, regular communication with candidates.
  • Support cross‑functional teams to ensure processes are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain and update internal systems to ensure compliance records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support operational efficiency.
  • Act as a professional and positive ambassador for the organisation in all day‑to‑day communications.

Skills Experience Required

  • Previous experience in recruitment compliance, onboarding, or workforce administration.
  • Strong database and system management skills.
  • Background in healthcare or another regulated environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working to KPIs and deadlines.
  • Professional communicator with a strong attention to detail.
