In 2023, Nate Ginsburg recognized a fundamental flaw in traditional recruitment: fast-growing companies were drowning in resumes, wasting months on hiring cycles, and paying exorbitant placement fees for talent that often didn't fit. The old model was broken - expensive, slow, and completely out of sync with how modern teams actually work. So he built Adaptive Teams, a revolutionary staffing-as-a-service company designed to flip the script on traditional recruiting.

By combining proactive sourcing, real benchmarks, and hands-on recruitment management, Adaptive Teams eliminates upfront costs and delivers pre-vetted candidates ready to add value from day one. The company operates on a simple monthly fee model with no surprise commissions, and provides end-to-end support including performance management, HR coordination, and payroll. Today, Adaptive Teams is building thriving communities worldwide with a fully remote team spread across tens of countries, proving that when you empower amazing talent and remove hiring barriers, everyone grows.
