About you

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Shopify Merchandiser to manage and optimize our online store. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for driving sales through effective merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Oversee the addition, management, and optimization of product listings on our website. Ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability and timely restocks.
• Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for product placements, promotions, and pricing strategies.
• SEO Optimization: Optimize product listings for SEO to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic to the website.
• Promotion Management: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including sales events, discounts, and new product launches.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and effective online presence.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective merchandising strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on merchandising performance, sales trends, and inventory status.

Requirements

Required:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably with website management.
• Proficient in website platform management, including product listing, inventory management, and SEO optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and customer behavior to make informed decisions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing product information and inventory levels.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative merchandising strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Passion for e-commerce and a keen interest in men's fashion and apparel.

Preferred:

• Experience using Kimonix is a plus.
