ACR Global is a consulting powerhouse dedicated to building business ecosystems, structures, and teams that enable brands to compete and scale globally. We are a foremost consulting firm that connects African businesses to opportunities in the international market. Our expertise lies in helping African organizations expand across borders through franchise opportunities, optimizing team performance, and building ecosystems that support sustainable growth.

As the franchise development and business structuring powerhouse within ACR Consult Holdings Limited, we specialize in supporting businesses and franchises in recruiting both expatriate and local teams. Our services span learning and development, business consulting, human resources, and client acquisition strategies. We have established strategic partnerships with international consulting firms covering UK, US, and Arab Markets to provide comprehensive support for African businesses looking to expand globally.

We host the CEO Drawing Board platform, which supports African CEOs with opportunities to grow their businesses through powerful collaborations and African intra-trade initiatives. Our expansion efforts include offices and teams in Lebanon and UAE as part of our Franchising for Africa and Middle East project, aimed at increasing global franchise presence from 6% to 10% in Africa and from 11% to 20% in the Middle East.
