Achievers is looking for a Strategic Solutions Consultant to join their enterprise sales team. The role involves working on complex enterprise deals, leading discovery and architecture conversations, and designing custom workflow solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales architecture role at a SaaS company, ideally in HR technology or enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical conversations covering APIs, integration architecture, authentication protocols, and enterprise security requirements.
- Experience building financial models, ROI frameworks, and executive level business cases.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field.
