As a People Data & Reward Analyst, you will work on analyzing data to inform decisions across the organization, providing insights on pay, benefits, and workforce trends. You will be responsible for forecasting workforce needs, identifying trends in employee engagement, and ensuring reward policies support organizational goals and employee experience.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions and generate actionable insights.
- Aptitude in data analysis, reporting, and data visualisation, including creating dashboards and trends analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and large-scale data manipulation.
- Experience working with Power BI to integrate and visualise people and business data.
- Ability to manage large volumes of raw data and perform insightful analysis.
- End-to-end experience of the pay review process, including benchmarking, gender pay gap reporting, and salary/benefits analysis.
