The company was born from a deep-seated desire to solve real-world challenges faced by NHS professionals. Co-founders Jacob Haddad and Laurence Bargery immersed themselves in GP practices and witnessed firsthand how cumbersome communication could be, hindering everything from booking appointments to making referrals. This experience ignited their passion to build a platform that connects everyone involved in a patient's care – from the patient themselves to doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
