We're looking for a Communications Lead to define and own our communications strategy, build our media and PR presence, and create an internal culture of clarity and transparency. As a founding role in our comms function, you'll have genuine ownership and the opportunity to build something from scratch.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a communications role, ideally at a fintech, financial services company, or a comms/PR agency with relevant clients
- Track record of building or meaningfully elevating a brand's communications function
- Exceptional writer with ability to adapt voice to different audiences and channels
- Strategic and executional with ability to develop a plan and see it through
- Strong network in UK fintech or financial media a bonus
- Comfortable operating as a one-person function initially with ability to know when to bring in external support
- Ambitious with desire to build something that makes people take notice
