We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our newly established Business Applications team. This role will be instrumental in building and refining processes for intake, prioritization, and execution of system-related requests for Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and other key business applications.
This position will bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring that technology investments are prioritized effectively and deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and an excellent communicator, comfortable working in a dynamic environment where processes are still being defined.
Responsibilities
- Refine intake & prioritization frameworks for system requests.
- Communicate IT priorities and business impact through reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
- Analyze business needs, translate them into system requirements, and collaborate with IT teams for execution.
- Maintain a structured backlog and ensure alignment between technology initiatives and company goals.
- Lead stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and collaboration across teams.
- Research and recommend technology solutions that enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong ability to define, implement, and improve processes in a growing team.
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or other enterprise applications.
- Excellent stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, or similar project management tools.
