At Abercrombie & Fitch, the Senior Experience Strategist will play a key role in developing structural, future-state experience strategies that inspire and guide how A&F deliverers on the promise of a connected retail ecosystem across our portfolio of brands. This highly collaborative individual will team-up across the enterprise to conceptualize end-to-end services grounded in data and insights that bridge physical, digital, customer, and associate interactions.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Team up across the enterprise to envision compelling, value focused experiences based on data, research, business objectives, and industry trends.
- Document current, and define future state ecosystems by blueprinting key journeys illustrating relationships between people, process, environment, and technology.
- Create artifacts that bring experiences to life, and inspire teams to align on roadmaps, objectives, and key results.
- Design & facilitate workshops and conversations across functional teams, with the goal of asking the "right" questions to drive clarity around ambiguous topics.
- Partner with functions to define, plan, and execute user research.
- Synthesize data into insights that support the development of future state vision and concepts.
- Summarize complex conversations and/or large amounts of information in a way that is simple, easy to understand.
- Strategically collect inputs across various disciplines across the organization.
- Plan & execute against timelines from start to project completion.
What Do You Need To Bring?
- 7+ years experience in Experience Strategy, Service Design, or UX Design
- Expert in graphic design or information design.
- Expert in workshop design & facilitation.
- Expert in using data and insights to inform a strategic approach.
- Expert in driving co-creation through collaborative work environments
- Experience in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Ability, and constant desire to make the complex, simple.
- Ability to navigate across diverse functions in a large organization
- An organized approach to timelines, & process.
- Comfort in ambiguity.
- A flexible approach in finding clarity across undefined, complex, and/or large topics.
- Visual prototyping skills across digital & physical a plus.

Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, your years of experience, your work location, comparison to other employees in similar or related roles, or market demands.
