This role is a field-based position where the Specialty Representative will execute brand strategy and tactics in sales performance, effectively manage assigned territory and targeted accounts, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership success and solid presentation skills, with a strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools. They will be able to identify customer style/behavior and adapt quickly to selling approach, and operate effectively in a matrix environment. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field, or relevant and equivalent industry experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
- Relevant and equivalent industry experience required in lieu of a bachelor's degree is at least five (5) years of experience with three (3) or more years of experience within the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred and a high school diploma/GED required
- Proven track record of leadership success and solid presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools
- Possesses strategic and critical thinking capabilities
- Proactively identifies customer style / behavior and adapts quickly all aspects of selling approach
- Operates effectively in a matrix environment
