Corporate Accounting Intern

A24 is seeking an intern to support the Corporate Accounting team -- minimum availability of 15 hours total per week, preferably on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

This internship is remote, and we're open to candidates from any location in the US.

Responsibilities

• Gather documents requested by auditors (e.g., license agreements, vendor royalty statements, etc.)
• Verify that supporting documents align with amounts reported in the General Ledger
• Assist with timely communication and responses to auditors
• Update and maintain audit trackers to reflect the current status and progress of each audit

Qualifications

• Experience with financial documents
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately review and match supporting documents with financial records
• Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple audit requests and maintaining detailed trackers
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external auditors
• Analytical Thinking: Basic understanding of financial statements and general ledger reconciliations
• Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and general office software
• Discretion: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information with professionalism
