Currently, we are looking for a Senior SQL+Python Developer. The role we are trying to fill uses SQL 90% of the time, only 10% on Python when automating the processes.
Project:New York-based FinTech company committed to revolutionizing bond analytics is seeking a Data Architect to lead the development of business-critical data systems. Solutions of the company currently target the $6 trillion mortgage-backed securities („MBS”) market and offer single security and portfolio valuations, risk measures, diagnostics, and big data tools. Leveraging 30 years of experience in trading, modeling, and software engineering, our client is applying modern technologies to bring innovative disruption, speed, and value to institutional money managers, banks, pension, and hedge funds, insurance companies, and regulatory institutions.
- Implementation, and documentation of MBS loan data and securitized products data to be leveraged for research, model calibration, model execution, and interactive applications.
- 5+ years of industry experience in designing, developing and maintaining data delivery systems that drive core business functions including dynamic reporting, interactive applications, machine learning, and research;
- Expertise with cloud database systems and distributed data processing frameworks including Amazon Redshift, DynamoDB;
- Working experience with SQL;
- Knowledge of Python;
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent.
You can work from 9 am till 6 pm or from 10 am till 7 pm.
