We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer willing to contribute to UI/UX team and enabling effective interaction with stakeholders, team members, and customers. This position supports flexible work mode: 100% remote within the European region, hybrid or on-site in one of our offices in Cologne, Hamburg or Riga.

Your mission

• Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand user requirements, user flow and business goals
• Wireframes and Journeys: Design and deliver wireframes & user journeys, optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• User-friendly Mockups: Design user-friendly mockups that prioritize simplicity, clarity, and consistency, while adhering to established design guidelines and best practices
• Visual Design Language: Accountability for definition and execution of visual design language by translating the brand identity system to digital touchpoints
• UX Concepts and Aesthetics: Create user experience concepts and visual aesthetics, ensuring all interactions are intuitive, understandable and easy for the user to follow
• Presentation & Explanations: Present, explain and defend the advantages and trade-offs of your design and receive constructive feedback
• Iterative Design: Iterate on designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and usability testing results, and continuously refine and improve the user experience
• Design Systems: Create and maintain Design Systems

Your skills

• Professional Experience: Five or more years of UI/UX design experience
• Professional Skills: Expertise in Figma and Adobe platform
• Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions, synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Other Relevant Skills: Passion for user experience and a keen eye for detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs, ability to prioritize tasks, work under specific deadlines and to manage multiple projects and tasks.
