Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective investors
- Qualify leads based on interest, investment capability, and profile fit
- Schedule appointments for senior wealth advisors
- Maintain accurate records of all communications in our CRM
- Follow up with warm leads and re-engage previous contacts
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals and professionals
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound outreach platforms is a plus
- Prior experience in financial services or investment sectors is an advantage
