I’m pursuing Medical Coding and Billing through U.S. career institute (September 2025), and I’m ready to reestablish myself in the workforce by taking on the challenges that come with the job. I focus on being as efficient and reliable as possible while providing more than acceptable results.

Throughout my past roles, I built a strong foundation in customer service, organization, and communication. I worked as a customer service representative and receptionist handling phone calls, scheduling, emails, faxes, and filing, and I was expected to be honest, friendly, reliable, punctual, and dedicated. In my in-home caregiver experience, I supported physical needs, helped with medication routines, prepared light meals, and provided kind, patient companionship—skills I’ll bring into medical coding with a focused, problem-solving mindset.
