What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can grow in digital marketing and social media content creation, using my customer service strengths, creativity, and Gen Z trend awareness to support a fast-moving team.

I’m recently completed Intermediate (Commerce) and eager to turn my passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing into real hands-on experience. I’m especially excited about building content with a strong understanding of Gen Z trends.

In my recent role as a Customer Support Representative, I strengthened my communication and customer service skills through fluent English, telephone communication, and active listening. I bring a reliable, teamwork-driven approach with strong time management and problem-solving habits.

I’m ready to combine creativity with practical execution—planning content, writing basic copy, and using visual storytelling tools to make ideas come alive. With skills in Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini, I’m a quick learner who thrives in a creative environment.
