Zukhra Ebzeeva

I’m a Creative Director and studio founder based in Dubai, bringing end-to-end creative strategy and campaign execution across marketing and brand. I lead branding, digital, print, video, and experiential work—from brief to final delivery—with a commercial, on-brand mindset.

Most recently, I’ve owned creative strategy and campaign execution for “Weird in Wonderland — Dubai, UAE,” acting as a senior creative partner to stakeholders and translating business objectives into sharp ideas. I direct shoots, oversee all creative production, and manage relationships with photographers, videographers, stylists, and production partners.

Before that, I founded and scaled ZE Social (Dubai, UAE) from zero, delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns across F&B, real estate, retail, hospitality, and healthcare. I grew to a 23-client active roster, managed budgets of up to 200kAED per campaign (and studio P&L), led a team of 8 creatives and freelancers, and maintained an 80% client retention rate through strong output and operational discipline.

I’m intentional about how work moves—introduced AI-assisted workflow tools that improved production turnaround and reduced revision cycles across the team. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce/Business Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, and I now focus on senior marketing leadership where strategic thinking and operational rigor meet creative excellence.
