Zongezile Ngomba

I’m a Telecommunications Engineering graduate with hands-on experience supporting broadcast systems, ATM support, and field service engineering. I’ve built a strong track record troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues in high-availability environments while maintaining SLA compliance.

In my AWS work, I focus on building dependable architectures: I deployed EC2 instances in a custom VPC, configured an Application Load Balancer, and implemented Auto Scaling for high availability. I also automated infrastructure deployment using Terraform (basic) and hosted a static website using Amazon S3 with correct bucket policies and public access.

Now transitioning into cloud computing, I’m actively working toward AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner and Solutions Architect Associate in progress). I’m passionate about cloud infrastructure, problem-solving, and building scalable systems that stay resilient under real-world pressure.
