What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design complex enterprise and B2B products where I can lead discovery, clarify workflows, build scalable systems, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

At Sii Poland, I led UX/UI initiatives for pharmaceutical enterprise platforms and a financial-crime screening case-management system, shaping workflows, interface architecture, reusable patterns, and an IBM Carbon-based design-system foundation.

I've spent 15+ years turning ambiguous requirements into implementation-ready digital experiences, from research and information architecture through prototyping, testing, and delivery. Across Rockwell Automation, Lionbridge Games, and B2B client projects, I've improved internal tools, streamlined workflows, supported developer handoffs, and aligned business, product, and engineering teams around user-centered decisions.
