What I'm looking for

I seek a senior QA/Test Lead role in gaming or localization where I can lead teams, implement testing strategies, mentor staff, and work with clients on long- and short-term projects.

I am a results-oriented Test Lead with deep experience in gaming localization and software testing, having progressed from Linguistic Tester to Test Lead at Lionbridge Poland. I create testing scenarios, organize testing workflows, and manage regressions and static testing for both long-term and expedited schedules.

I have overseen teams of around 60 people, interviewed and trained new employees, and occasionally assumed project and language-team responsibilities. I bring detailed knowledge of Azure DevOps and Jira, strong research skills, and a high level of familiarity with the Polish language.
