I've delivered quality assurance work at GlobalLogic across microservice web applications, regulated products, and end-to-end testing. As a standalone Manual QA, I established testing processes and best practices from scratch while managing test activities across two projects.

I've led teams of up to 10 QA Engineers, planning testing scope, coordinating defect management, analyzing results, and reporting test summaries. I also support team motivation, conflict resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Earlier at SoftServe Business Systems, I progressed from Trainee to Middle Test Engineer and Team Lead. I tested mobile and desktop applications, created SQL queries for ETL database validation, built product metrics, mentored newcomers, and led a team of three QA Engineers.

My background spans Retail, Finance, and HealthCare, including compliance-focused testing, localization and internationalization, data validation, and embedded testing. I'm ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certified and bring a Master's degree in Mathematical and Computer Modeling.
