What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my international B2B order management, customer operations, and cross-functional delivery experience in a role focused on excellent customer service, reliable execution, process improvement, and long-term business relationships.

At Sematic Hungaria Kft., part of Wittur Group, I manage complex B2B order fulfilment for international manufacturing customers, including KONE Finland and Schindler. I coordinate orders across Austrian and Slovak production sites, resolve exceptions outside automated workflows, and keep urgent requests accurate and on time.

Previously, at British Telecom, I managed end-to-end service delivery and order fulfilment for international customers including Porsche, IBM, Bridgestone, Belgacom, Webasto, and Media-Saturn. I brought together project, engineering, configuration, technical design, and account teams; investigated billing issues; performed root-cause analysis; and contributed to process automation.

Across more than 20 years in multinational environments, I’ve built trusted customer relationships, trained new team members, and used reporting, quality auditing, and operational support to improve service delivery.
