What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote opportunities in procurement, customer success, account management, sourcing operations, vendor management, or bilingual business support.

At Citi, I support global and EMEA procurement activities for the Market Data category, coordinating competitive sourcing events and RFP/RFx activities with sourcing teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.

I review supplier contracts, amendments, and extensions for commercial, governance, policy, and execution requirements. I maintained 100% EMEA quality-control performance in recent months and supported 15+ competitive sourcing events during my first five months in the role.

I also build and maintain Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists trackers and reports, and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives. Earlier, I managed customer portfolios across Latin America and Spain, supporting retention, renewals, upsell opportunities, and bilingual technical support in Spanish and English.
