What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to manage app releases, platform content, user feedback, and performance improvements while contributing to reliable, customer-focused digital experiences.

At INWI, I manage app store releases and reviews, producing and maintaining Google Play and App Store content across B2C, B2B, and Pro offerings. I coordinate with brand teams, localize outdated content, moderate user feedback, and use weekly performance reporting to guide content and product improvements.

I also lead platform evolutions, tool updates, incident resolution, and security vulnerability tracking while planning push notifications and optimizing store visibility. My background in digital marketing and analytics includes content creation, teaching support, research, survey coding, and statistical analysis at Al Akhawayn University.
