Ziada Libse

I am a graduate software engineer with hands-on experience contributing to design, development, testing, and maintenance of full-stack software systems. I have a strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals, clean code practices, and collaborative problem-solving across the full software development lifecycle.

For my final-year project I designed, engineered, tested, and documented a MERN-based video annotation platform with role-based access control and JWT-secured RESTful APIs, and I served as Scrum Master for the team. I regularly use Git and GitHub for collaboration, perform API and frontend testing with Postman, and apply security and access-control best practices to protect user data.

I have built several projects including an Android event-management app using Java and Firebase, and a colour contrast analyser using HTML, CSS and JavaScript to improve accessibility. I also developed and deployed a responsive clinic website integrating Gmail API and Pub/Sub to automate enquiry workflows.

I communicate technical concepts clearly through tutoring and mentoring, adapt to stakeholder needs during freelance work, and thrive in Agile/Scrum environments where iterative delivery, code reviews, and continuous improvement are valued.
