What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve operations through process auditing, no-code automation, and measurable systems that reduce cost and cycle time. I value roles where I can lead cross-functional standardization and turn fragmented workflows into scalable processes.

I've redesigned operations at Automated Communication Solutions, building a zero-touch QA pipeline using Telegram, Fireflies.ai, n8n, and LLMs that eliminated about 160 hours of manual review each month.

I also consolidated 34 fragmented documents into seven unified templates across 20+ units, reducing new-hire onboarding from 14 to five days. I lead a three-person standardization unit and align weekly with the CEO and C-suite on automation priorities.
