At Aksigorta, I performed end-to-end analysis and process design for Konuşan Poliçe (Talking Policy), combining Pulsar Rule Management and Adobe InDesign with database information to create personalized policy covers and QR code-supported videos. The project won first place in the Scalable Customer Experience category at the 2025 Sabancı Golden Collar Awards.
Across insurance product development, reinsurance, and production support, I’ve translated business requirements into technical solutions and coordinated analysis, design, and testing. At Aksigorta, I also supported a move to a centralized print-template structure, reducing the number of templates from 116 to 31; since April 2025, I’ve mentored analysts and coordinated squad work planning.
