At Softtech, I work on banking and financial software, turning business needs into documented requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
I'm the responsible analyst for a factoring product's mobile application, owning requirements, analysis, testing, and validation end to end while working directly with the customer. I also own the CRM module in the branch-side factoring application and contribute across other product modules.
For in-bank systems, I analyze ticketing, document management, and survey systems, including rebuilding survey modules in legacy banking applications. I use advanced SQL for data validation, requirement analysis, and issue investigation.
My statistics background supports my approach to analysis and validation. I work in Agile/Scrum teams with Jira, Confluence, BPMN, and Figma, and bring operational experience across purchasing, logistics, customs, banking, and fiscal transactions.
