What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Senior TAC, L2 NOC, or Network Operations role with international or global-remote scope.

At Cybernet, I provide remote TAC support for enterprise, banking, and government customers, troubleshooting connectivity across fiber, radio, 3G/4G, satellite, and Wi-Fi services. I triage critical incidents and coordinate restoration with customer and technical teams.

As shift lead, I direct a two-person TAC team and coordinate critical escalations across NOC, Transmission, and Field teams. I also prepare major-incident RCA reports within 48–72 hours.

For the Quetta Flood-Recovery Connectivity Project, I assessed connectivity options and helped restore service across more than 10 enterprise and banking sites, including implementing emergency 3G/4G connectivity where fiber and radio were not viable.
