I am a hands-on network engineer with experience operating in a NOC and managing data center operations. I have installed, configured, and maintained network devices, worked extensively with Juniper platforms (MX, ACX, QFX families), and used NMS tools such as Syslog, Cacti, PRTG, and SolarWinds to monitor and troubleshoot L2/L3 circuits and links.

I also provide customer-facing technical support—owning tickets, performing remote joint tests, and conducting field visits—while coordinating with upstream providers and vendors. I hold MTCNA certification and bring practical skills in Cisco, Mikrotik, ONU/OLT hardware, circuit provisioning, IP pool auditing, and hardware installation and maintenance.
