In my current role as Assistant Manager, NOC – Core Networks, I oversee monitoring, incident response, and escalations for core network infrastructure supporting nationwide broadband services.
I administer FreeRADIUS and manage its integration with BNG systems, resolving subscriber authentication and session issues across PPPoE and IPoE. I also deploy and maintain Linux-based vBNG systems and handle subscriber sessions, address pools, and QoS policies.
I manage and mentor network engineers, address escalated issues through root-cause analysis, and work with network architects to improve secure, scalable networks. My IoT-Based Fire Detection and Alarm System project used distributed detection nodes with centralized monitoring and alerts via SMS and an Android application.
