At Nokia, I monitor OSS servers with Grafana and Prometheus and administer Huawei NCE, Nokia NetAct, ZTE NetNumen, and NetChart platforms. I help keep high-availability environments stable and SLA-compliant through preventive maintenance, access audits, patching coordination, and technical documentation.

Previously at PRAL, I supported data center operations and enterprise IT infrastructure, installing and monitoring Zabbix and SolarWinds, administering Windows Server and Active Directory Domain Controllers, and resolving LAN/WAN incidents.

At Axiom Telecom, I installed and maintained IT systems and business applications while supporting enterprise networks, POS systems, desktops, laptops, and printers. I also delivered information security awareness training and focused on timely incident resolution to minimize downtime.

Across telecom and IT operations, I bring hands-on experience with Linux and Windows administration, OSS monitoring, automation, access management, incident handling, and multi-vendor environments including Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson, and ZTE.
