I'm seeking a remote Data Entry, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Support position where I can provide reliable and efficient online support.

At SIGMA FACTORY FOR STEEL PRODUCTS, I process customer and internal purchase orders, checking specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules. I update order information in the ERP system and keep digital records accurate.

I monitor orders through production, dispatch, and delivery, following up on pending actions and coordinating by email with suppliers, vendors, customers, and internal teams.

Previously, I recorded housekeeping requests and room-status information at BLACK RAMADA HOTEL & SUITES. At YOKOHAMA TIRE PH INC., I maintained production records and documentation, and at SMK ELECTRONICS I kept preventive maintenance and machine performance records.
