I am an English teacher and multilingual professional with hands-on experience in teaching, translation, and customer support. I have taught English as a second language and designed practice exercises to improve students' grammar and vocabulary.

I have worked as a freelancer in Guangzhou negotiating with factories, checking goods quality, booking travel, guiding clients, and providing translation and interpretation services. Those roles sharpened my cross-cultural communication and logistics skills.

Most recently, I served as an administrative assistant and customer support representative at ETGR Mascara, handling data entry, receiving legal documents, processing task orders, and liaising with customers and private contractors. I pride myself on punctuality, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills.

I bring language fluency in Arabic, English and working proficiency in French and Chinese, plus technical familiarity with electro technique and general technology tools. I seek roles where I can apply teaching, translation, and client-facing administrative expertise in a collaborative environment.
