What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a BI/analytics leadership role where I can build reporting and data pipelines from scratch, lead teams, partner with product and engineering, and turn analytics into measurable profit growth.

I’m a quantitative economics and data-focused professional with strong foundations in statistics, econometrics, data mining, and data analysis. With scholarships for both Master’s and Bachelor’s studies and top-ranked academic performance, I’ve built a mindset that blends rigorous analysis with practical outcomes.

As a Senior BI Manager at DECA Games GmbH (remote), I manage a team of 8 and set up reporting across all games. I partner closely with senior management, product, marketing, liveops, engineering, and customer support to deliver profit-maximization projects, including funnel improvements, retention, user acquisition/reactivation, cheater identification, automation, and cost optimization.

Previously, I built the company BI team from scratch, resolved analytics infrastructure issues, and aligned multiple analytics teams under Embracer Group. I’ve also constructed centralized data warehousing and pipelines (e.g., Google Cloud/CloudSQL to BigQuery, Redshift, and Splunk), built Tableau reporting for leadership and departments, and automated key business processes using SQL, UiPath, and VBA—delivering clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
