What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead BI and analytics work that improves product performance, profitability, reporting, and data infrastructure in close partnership with cross-functional teams.

At DECA Games, I lead an eight-person BI team and oversee reporting across all games, partnering with senior management, product, marketing, LiveOps, engineering, and customer support.

I've built BI capabilities from scratch, resolved analytics infrastructure issues, unified analytics teams across gaming companies under Embracer Group, and delivered initiatives for funnel improvement, retention, user acquisition, reactivation, cost optimization, and cheater identification.

Previously, I led analytics and data engineering for five games, built a centralized Google Cloud and CloudSQL data warehouse, and developed Tableau reporting and pipelines into BigQuery, Redshift, and Splunk.

I've also worked in analytics, controlling, and pricing at MisterSpex and Wayfair, while teaching Data Analytics at the University of Westminster.
