I'm seeking a challenging role where I can use my communication, client management, vendor coordination, and attention to detail to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

At Talent IT Center, I coordinate U.S.-based contractors supporting property preservation and repair services. I hire and onboard vendors, manage professional relationships, and help ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.

I negotiate structured contracts and monitor SLAs to improve operational efficiency across target property sectors. I also coordinate between internal operations teams and cross-border service providers.

I prepare comprehensive reports and track vendor performance analytics, bringing strong communication, client management, and attention to detail to day-to-day operations.

I hold a Master of Business Studies from National University, Bangladesh, and communicate professionally in English, supported by an IELTS overall band score of 6.5.
