I've shipped generative AI experiences for Getty Images and iStock, built Samsung Knox's enterprise AI assistant governance layer from zero, and authored Autodesk's AI support-assistant evaluation and remediation framework. My production audit of 702 conversations caught an LLM judge hallucinating, strengthening the method before it was carried forward.
