At Watan TV, I troubleshoot computer systems, production applications, local networks, and live-streaming connections in time-critical daily operations.
I guide colleagues and external contacts through technical problems by phone and remote-access sessions, and support Windows and Linux environments and network devices.
I also coordinate with service providers and internal teams on incidents, explain findings, and follow through on corrective actions to support reliable live programming.
On the Auction Platform project, I develop and test backend workflows using SQL and PostgreSQL. I’m also building and testing YAAR, a mobile app and admin dashboard, and investigating UI, authentication, and data-integration issues.
