At Qbatch, I diagnose and resolve production bugs on a client admin platform built with Next.js, Prisma, and PostgreSQL. My work has included fixing order-count and SLA query logic, order-processing errors, payment-schedule handling, and delivery-partner rerouting.
I built an Amazon Advertising DSP report ingestion pipeline that creates, polls, downloads, and parses reports, with rate-limit retries and safe handling of large numeric IDs. The data feeds a Power BI analytics view.
I also shipped scheduled reporting with Node.js, Agenda, and the Google Sheets API, syncing merchandising data across four sports-apparel leagues. I built consent-sync logic connecting marketing preference toggles to Customer.io.
At Systems Heuristics, I built an AI-driven WhatsApp hotel-booking agent using OpenAI APIs, Twilio’s WhatsApp API, and a FastAPI backend. I shipped it in one to two months with Claude Code; I also use Claude Code daily and have worked with React, Next.js, and API integrations.
