I’m looking for a clinical role where I can perform psychological assessments, deliver evidence-based interventions, and grow in therapeutic work across clinical and community settings, using research and ethical practice to improve mental well-being.

I am a dedicated, detail-oriented Clinical Psychologist seeking to apply psychological knowledge, research skills, and therapeutic techniques to promote mental health and emotional well-being. I’m passionate about understanding human behavior and using evidence-based interventions in both clinical and community settings.

Since 2026, I’ve worked as a Psychologist with the Special Services Unit CTD Department, Sindh Police, where I conduct psychological screenings and psychometric evaluations to support mental fitness for high-stakes duties. I also conduct workshops on stress management, emotional resilience, and mental health awareness tailored for law enforcement, and I manage confidential psychological databases to analyze data for departmental wellness initiatives.

Alongside this, I provide online psychology and teletherapy sessions via Zoom. I deliver individualized sessions, conduct remote assessments, maintain therapeutic rapport in a virtual environment, and apply evidence-based interventions to address anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, and coping challenges—while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
