I am a dedicated clinical psychologist with hands-on experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of mental health disorders. I apply evidence-based therapies such as CBT and psychodynamic approaches to support individuals, couples, and families.

During my clinical internship at Saeed International Hospital in Islamabad, I conducted comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations, and delivered individual, couple, and family therapy sessions. I create personalized treatment plans responsive to each client's needs and goals.

I maintain confidential, accurate clinical documentation and collaborate closely with psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. I monitor patient progress, modify interventions as needed, and manage crisis situations with sensitivity and professionalism.

I also educate patients and families about mental health and coping strategies, facilitate support groups, participate in case discussions and supervision, and advocate for patients' mental health rights. I bring strong clinical ethics, record-keeping, and client-centered care to every role.
