As Project Lead at Peace First, I led two grant-funded projects, Art for Awareness and Social Distance Learning, from planning through completion in line with grant requirements. Art for Awareness raised children’s awareness of sexual and reproductive health.
At Shaour Foundation, I coordinated day-to-day activities for the Kafalat Programme. I liaised with team members, beneficiaries, and stakeholders, and maintained programme records and progress updates for reporting and accountability.
At Mindbridge, I worked as an Acting team lead and Quality Assurance Specialist. I also managed customer inquiries and email support, documenting interactions and escalating complex cases when needed.
