Providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service. Assisting in the supervision, coaching, and training of new cashiers. Expediting price checks, approving Point of Sale transactions, and markdowns for mainline registers.

Answering questions and providing courteous service to customers. Accepting payment of product and delivering correct change. Performing sanitation duties to maintain a clean environment. Meeting consumer’s needs and productively resolving issues.

Providing excellent direct and indirect customer service on the selling floor, in the fitting room, and at the cash point. Unloading delivery truck, receiving, opening, and unpacking merchandise, and labeling merchandise with security tags.

Driving store sales and growth by personally selling to customers. Creating customer awareness of programs available to them. Delivering a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale.
