I am a Senior Engineer specializing in middleware and database administration with over four years of hands-on experience supporting large-scale telecom environments.

Currently at Express System Limited on the Grameenphone project, I manage Oracle RAC databases, Oracle WebLogic, BI Publisher and Java EE application servers across Linux and Windows platforms, and I lead SSL and access-control configurations to maintain PCI DSS compliance.

Previously at Wipro I developed 50+ automation and 35 self-healing use cases for 3,400+ Linux servers, improved monitoring with Zabbix, Dynatrace and Grafana, and supported ITSM for more than 4,000 users; I routinely use Python, Ansible, Docker, Prometheus and OpenStack to streamline operations and reduce incident volume.
